Vehicle Friends is primarily designed for children ages 2–5 and adults reading with them.

Which languages are supported?Current information

The current content supports Traditional Chinese, Japanese, and English.

Which devices can I use?Current information

The Web App targets common phone, tablet, and desktop browsers. Some voice features vary by browser and device.

Books

Which books are available?Current information

Vehicle Friends is the current public book. New books will be added after their content and trial status are confirmed.

How do I open a book?Current information

Choose a free-trial link on the home, library, or book detail page. The site opens the Web App with the matching bookId.

Will more books be added?Planned

More themes are planned, but no invented titles or details will be published before they are confirmed.

Free trial

Can we try it for free?Current information

Yes. The trial opens part of the reading and games and does not take you directly to payment. Trial scope varies by book.

Does the trial require an account?Current information

The current free trial opens directly. If a future feature requires an account, that requirement will be shown before use.

What are the free-version limits?Current information

The free trial includes selected content. Page and activity limits are set per book and will be stated clearly before any full-version launch.

Account

Why will an account be needed?Planned

Accounts are planned to connect full-version access to a parent Email and support restoration on another device. This is not live yet.

What if I forget my password?Planned

Email password reset is planned for future accounts. The final flow is still in development.

Can I change the account Email?Planned

Account-management rules are not final. Email-change availability and verification will be explained before launch.

How will parents and children use the account?Planned

The planned model has adults manage Email, passwords, and payment while children use already-enabled reading content.

Payment

Is it a subscription?Planned

The planned model is one-time payment, not a monthly or annual subscription, with no automatic renewal. Payments are not live.

What does one-time payment mean?Planned

It is planned as one purchase for the specified full-version access, connected to an account. Scope and terms will be stated before launch.

When will payment launch?Planned

No date has been announced. The site will be updated after account, payment, and access validation are tested.

Which payment methods will be supported?Planned

Payment methods are not confirmed. Available options will be those shown on the secure payment page at launch.

Which service will process payment?Planned

A Supabase Edge Function is planned to create checkout, Lemon Squeezy to process payment, and a verified webhook to update Supabase entitlement. The main site stores no full card data and does not link directly to a fixed checkout.

Devices

Can I use it after changing devices?Planned

Future accounts are planned to restore full-version access on another device. Account and cross-device features are not live yet.

Can multiple devices be used at once?Planned

Device and simultaneous-use limits are not confirmed and will be stated before launch.

Will clearing browser data remove purchases?Planned

Current trial settings may be device-local. Future purchase access is planned to be account-based so it can be restored after clearing data; this is still in development.

Offline and PWA

Can it be installed on a phone?Current information

The Web App has a PWA foundation, while installation varies by browser and device. The public product website itself is not a PWA.

Can it be used offline?Planned

Some cached content may open offline, but complete offline access to every book and feature is not yet promised.

Why does some content still need a connection?Current information

Initial loading, updates, future sign-in and access checks, and some browser speech services may require a connection.

Refunds

Can a mistaken purchase be refunded?Planned

The planned policy allows a request within 7 days only if the account has not opened any paid content. Payments are not live.

How do I request a refund?Policy pending

After payments launch, email likoseistudio@gmail.com with the purchase Email, order number, date, product, and reason. Mistaken purchase requires a request within 7 days and no paid content opened.

What happens after a full refund?Policy pending

After a full refund, the full-version entitlement granted by that order is revoked; a new purchase is required for future use.

How are major technical issues handled?Planned

Provide the device, OS, browser, reproduction steps, and useful error images. We first try reasonable support; if core paid content remains unusable, a refund or other remedy is assessed under the circumstances, payment process, and applicable law.

Where can I read the refund policy?Policy pending

Use the Refund Policy footer link for the full trilingual draft. It is marked pre-launch and requires review before production payments.

What if I am charged twice?Planned

Provide the purchase Email, order number, and information identifying duplicate transactions. Do not send full card numbers or security codes. Confirmed cases are handled through Lemon Squeezy payment procedures.

How long does a refund take to appear?Planned

Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method. Banks or card issuers may need several business days after submission, and it may take about 10 days.
